Creative Process

STRAY HERO / PROCESS / EST. 2026

BUILT BY IDEA.
SHAPED BY HAND.

THE TOOLS MAY CHANGE.
THE CREATIVE DIRECTION STAYS OURS.

HOW WE CREATE

Stray Hero starts with an idea.

Every concept, message and creative direction begins with us.

From there, each piece is developed through a combination of creative direction, digital design, image editing, photography and — where it serves the concept — generative AI tools.

AI is part of the toolkit. It is not the creative direction.

Ideas and visual concepts are developed, explored, selected, refined and reworked before becoming a finished Stray Hero design.

Typography, composition, colour, placement and final artwork are reviewed and adjusted as part of that process.

The result isn't defined by a single tool.

It's defined by the decisions made along the way.

01 — IDEA

Every piece starts with an original concept, message or visual direction.

02 — EXPLORE

We use different creative tools to develop the idea, including digital design, photography, image editing and generative technology where appropriate.

03 — REFINE

Outputs are selected, edited, recomposed, corrected and developed further. Typography, colour, texture and composition are deliberately controlled.

04 — FINALISE

The final artwork is reviewed, prepared and adapted for its intended product, campaign or visual context.

BUILT FROM SOLITUDE.
NOT FROM A BUTTON.

ARTWORK

Stray Hero artwork may combine original concepts, digital design, photography, image editing and AI-assisted visual elements.

Generative tools may be used during exploration and image creation, but the resulting material is selected, developed and processed as part of the wider Stray Hero design workflow.

Final composition, typography, colour, placement and product application are subject to human creative review.

CAMPAIGN IMAGERY

Some Stray Hero campaign, editorial and atmospheric imagery may contain digitally created or AI-assisted elements.

People, locations or situations shown in such creative imagery may be fictional and should not necessarily be understood as documentation of real people, places or events.

These images are used to build the visual world surrounding Stray Hero and to communicate the atmosphere and identity of the brand.

Where a specific piece of content requires additional disclosure, that information may be provided directly with the relevant content.

THE PRODUCT IS REAL.

Creative campaign imagery and product representation serve different purposes.

Product images and mockups are intended to represent the actual Stray Hero product, artwork, colour, print placement and overall appearance as accurately as possible.

Where atmospheric or campaign imagery is used, it should not be relied upon as the sole reference for exact product characteristics.

For product-specific details, customers should refer to the product gallery, description, available variants and sizing information on the respective product page.

TRANSPARENCY

We believe modern creative tools should be used deliberately — and transparently.

Stray Hero does not present fictional campaign imagery as documentary photography or fictional people as real individuals.

Where generative technology forms part of the creative process, it remains one component within a broader human-directed workflow.

Where applicable, additional information about digitally generated or manipulated content may be provided directly alongside the relevant content.

THE TOOL DOESN'T
MAKE THE DECISION.
WE DO.
