Every piece in the Stray Hero store is made on demand. That means when you order something, it doesn't exist yet. It gets made for you — printed, packed, and shipped specifically because you wanted it.
No warehouse. No overstock. No waste.
How It Works
When you place an order, it goes directly to our production partner Printful. They print your design onto the blank garment, quality-check it, and ship it straight to your door. The whole process takes 2–5 business days for production, then another 3–5 days for shipping within Germany.
Why We Do It This Way
Traditional fashion works like this: brands guess what people want, produce thousands of units, and hope they sell. If they don't — the excess gets discounted, donated, or destroyed. Millions of garments every year.
Print on demand flips that model. Nothing is made until it's ordered. No guessing, no waste, no compromise.
